A: Phuket Gymnastics specializes strictly in traditional artistic gymnastics. Our classes focus on core apparatus skills, including floor exercise, balance beam, vault, and uneven bars. We focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe environment.
A: Our training facility is proudly hosted at the British International School Phuket (BISP) campus in Koh Kaew. We utilize their beautifully equipped gymnastics hall, which features competition-standard safety mats and apparatus.
A: We welcome children of all ages and abilities from across Phuket! Our programs start with Toddler & Pre-School Gymnastics (ages 3 to 4 years), move up to Recreational Classes for older children (ages 5+), and extend all the way to advanced Competitive Gymnastics Squads that compete in regional tournaments.
A: Phuket Gymnastics provides the children of Phuket—from all over the island—the opportunity to learn and develop gymnastics skills. You do not need to be enrolled full-time at the British International School Phuket to join our after-school or Saturday training sessions.
